This class includes hands on instruction to learn to prepare 4 mouthwatering Thai dishes made with our own unique twists.
The class starts with an introduction to the core ingredients used in Thai cuisine through the teaching of a classic appetiser called Miang Khum.
We will then break for a chance to explore the market which has sections for flowers and fresh fruit and vegetables. Along the way we will pick up some of the ingredients needed and also taste some local snacks.
Once back in our school we will proceed to learn 3 more dishes and finish with eating them all for lunch. If you have space at the end we have dessert.
During the class we will also serve a variety of drinks to accompany each dish including a few of our own signature creations.
Throughout the class our instructor will introduce ways you can adapt the ingredients to allow you to cater for dietary requirements or adjust based on ingredients you can find at home. By the end of the class you will feel comfortable to cook at home and after the class we will send you access to our online resources where we have cooking videos for all the dishes.
